Plain-language summary: Reaction AI is a chat and material-discovery assistant. Its discovery tool produces AI-generated, exploratory suggestions — not verified real-world chemistry. You must independently verify and safely evaluate anything before acting on it, especially anything involving hazardous materials. You must be 18+ to use this service. Access is sold one month at a time: you pay through our payment page to unlock one month of access, it is non-refundable, and it simply expires at the end of that month — there is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Return to the subscribe page any time to pay for another month.

1. Who we are and acceptance of terms

Reaction AI ("we", "us", "the Service") is operated as an individual/sole proprietorship. You can reach us at info@reaction-ai.xyz. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
The Service enforces a single active session per account — signing in on a new device signs you out of any other device.
You must verify your email address before you can sign in.
Notify us immediately at info@reaction-ai.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. The material discovery tool — important disclaimer

The discovery/synthesis tool uses an overlay thinking (reasoning) model layered on top of our large language model to generate and propose candidate chemical compounds, formulas, and synthesis routes.

Read this section carefully. The discovery/synthesis tool produces AI-generated, exploratory output. It is not a substitute for peer-reviewed research, laboratory validation, or professional chemical safety review. Formulas, synthesis routes, yields, and properties it returns may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsafe if followed without independent verification.

You are solely responsible for independently verifying, safety-reviewing, and legally clearing any material, compound, or synthesis route before attempting it, sourcing it, or acting on it in any way.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations (health, safety, chemical handling, export control, environmental, and workplace safety laws) in your jurisdiction.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, regulatory violation, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, output from the discovery tool or any other part of the Service.
We do not review, endorse, or guarantee the safety, legality, or accuracy of any AI-generated output.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Request, generate, or attempt to obtain instructions for weapons (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive) or for the synthesis of illegal controlled substances;
Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with rate limits, subscription tiers, security controls, or the single-session enforcement of the Service;
Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes another party's rights;
Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others, or for any unlawful purpose;
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Access costs 1,150 Saudi Riyal (SAR) per month. There is no other interval (no annual, quarterly, or discounted plan) — every payment covers exactly one month of access.
There is no automatic or recurring billing. You pay by visiting the subscribe page in your account and completing payment through our payment gateway. We do not store your card details and cannot and will not charge you again on our own — nothing is billed unless you actively return and pay again.
Access automatically expires at the end of the one-month period you paid for. There is nothing to "cancel" — if you do not return to the subscribe page and pay again, your account simply reverts to the free tier when that month ends.
To keep using paid access without a gap, return to the subscribe page before your current month ends and pay for the next month.
All payments are non-refundable, including for partial or unused months (see our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions).
Free-tier accounts are limited to one material discovery per calendar month; subscribed accounts have expanded access as described in the app.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Content you submit

You retain ownership of the messages, files, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting it, you grant us a license to process it as needed to operate the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers (see Privacy Policy) to generate responses. You represent that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

8. AI output and intellectual property

Output generated by the Service is provided "as is." We make no claim of ownership over content the AI generates for you, but we likewise make no warranty as to its accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose, including patentability or freedom from third-party intellectual property claims.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
