Refund Policy

Plain-language summary: There is no recurring or automatic billing. Each payment you make through our payment page unlocks exactly one month of access, and is non-refundable, including for partial or unused months. When that month ends, access simply expires — nothing to cancel. Refunds are only issued in the limited cases described below.

1. How payment works

Access to Reaction AI costs 1,150 Saudi Riyal (SAR) per month. There is no automatic or recurring billing of any kind: you pay by visiting the subscribe page in your account and completing a single payment through our payment gateway. We do not store your card details and cannot charge you again on our own. Each payment is a one-time, standalone transaction covering one month of access.

2. No refunds for a paid month

Once a monthly payment is processed, it is final and non-refundable, including if you use the Service for only part of that month or decide not to use it after paying. This applies regardless of how much of the Service's features, or the free-tier discovery-tool allowance, you actually used during that period.

3. No cancellation needed

Because there is no recurring billing, there is nothing to cancel. Your paid access automatically expires at the end of the one-month period you paid for, and your account reverts to the free tier. If you want another month of access, simply return to the subscribe page and pay again — nothing happens automatically, and you will never be charged without taking that action yourself.

4. When a refund may be issued

We will issue a refund at our discretion in the following limited cases:

You were charged more than once for the same month due to a technical or payment-gateway error;
You were charged without your action (e.g. a payment-gateway error triggered a charge you did not initiate);
The Service was completely unavailable to you for a sustained period due to an outage on our side, with no reasonable workaround offered.

To request a refund under one of these cases, email info@reaction-ai.xyz within 14 days of the charge, including your account email and the date of the charge in question. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the charge, via our payment gateway, and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Referral bonuses

Referral bonuses are separate from subscription payments and are not subject to this policy. See the notice shown to you after registration for how referral bonuses work.
